FAQ
Care plan questions
What counts as a small edit?
Things like changing text, swapping photos, updating prices or opening hours, and adding a new blog post you've written. Bigger jobs, such as new pages or features, we'll quote for separately.
What if an update breaks something?
We check your site after updates. If something goes wrong, we roll it back from your daily backup and fix it.
Is there a contract?
No. Care plans are monthly and you can cancel any time.
Do unused edit minutes roll over?
No, edit time is for each month. If you often need more, the next plan up is usually better value.
